Speak up if I see or hear about sexual violence and to support survivors.

Promote information and policies that support healthy sexuality and relationships.

Educate my family and friends on ways to prevent and respond to sexual violence.

Ask those in my life to speak out against hurtful, sexist, and violent remarks and behaviors.

Keep in contact with the organizations in my community which are working to end sexual violence and promote healthy relationships.
