- Educate yourself about how to prevent and respond to sexual violence (including the difference between healthy and unhealthy sexuality). Keep looking through this website for information and resources!
- Share information with your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, whoever you come into contact with, about the difference between healthy and unhealthy sexuality and the importance of sharing this information with others. Tell them about this website!
- Participate in sexual violence prevention efforts in your community. Visit our Help For Victims section to find how who to contact in your local community.
- Promote policies in your school or workplace that support healthy, non-violent relationships.
- Support legislative efforts that promote healthy sexuality and sexual violence prevention. Visit the Attorney General's Sexual Assault Task Force's website at www.oregonsatf.org to find out about their legislative efforts.
- Speak up if you hear someone making sexist remarks or telling sexist jokes, and let them know that it is not 'funny' and it is not OK. Check out Intervention Skills.

- Ask the men in your life to learn about how sexual violence negatively affects them and how they can work to end sexual violence. Check out Resources for Men.
